MEET KIM RICHTER

Founder

Kim Richter has been recruiting in the Denver market since 2008.  By specializing in accounting and finance search, she has built a strong network of professionals and uses this network to find and provide top talent to clients for contract, contract to hire and direct hire needs. Kim can support all industries where accounting and finance talent is critical and works with companies all across the Denver Metro area.

Kim prides herself on building long term relationships with clients and candidates alike.  By focusing on culture, management style, and growth opportunities, she takes special care in matching the right talent with the right opportunity. 

Beyond building her own recruiting firm, Kim enjoys cooking, listening to podcasts and spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Desi and Elvis.  Kim has an MBA from the University of Denver.
